Once you have chosen our venue, you can choose between a Registrar or a Celebrant (or both) to conduct your ceremony. But whats the difference and what would suit you best? Click on the button for more information. Together with a little information on ceremony timings.

Are friends and family excited to see the venue? Well of course you can bring them for a viewing, but also you can share this google walk through. Click on the doors and go into each building. This is a great way to jog your memory when in the decoration planning stages too.

Our map of the site is good for you to remember where everything is and to show any family or suppliers who may need it.

We set www.ourweddingatstanford.com for your guests. They have all the information they need in one place. The accommodation, your page, direction etc and none of our wedding prices ;-) Make use of your wedding page. Here is the template for you to fill in and return by email including some pictures of you both. We make the password the Month and date of your wedding so easy to remember. You can add this link on save the date cards and use it as the RSVP which will come direct to you, or you can just use it to give your guests more information. At Stanford our onsite accommodation can sleep 28 plus bell tent hire. Firstly choose which you would like to reserve for yourselves and drop us an email. We will reserve this for you and send you a link to pay when this suits you. Then you can send the link onto guests so they can book and pay for their accommodation direct with us, so you don’t have to worry about it

OOhh an exciting bit, choosing your suppliers. We have done this local suppliers list to get you started. We have worked with most suppliers on here or they are local to us. You can also bring in anyone else you choose. If you want a sit down meal for 100 or a pizza trailer for 150 then just ask us for our recommendations too
